– Set up & implement business plans to achieve the assigned sales targets
– Strictly implement & follow Co’s regulations & rules for customers
– Use samples, and gimmicks appropriately as per the allocated plans for the assigned territories
– Maintain & develop territory coverage & customer network
– Implement the assigned marketing plans & programs
– Build-up & develop customer relationship & new territory coverage
– Receive customer feedback & requirement and handle/report to intermediate Manager for solutions.
– Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– At least 1-year of experience in a similar position.
– College/University/ College graduation – Medical/ Pharmacy/Economic faculty is preferable.
– Good communication & negotiation, customer analysis & appraise
